Payment Method:  
Payment for purchases may be made by any of the following:
1) By credit card using our secure online shopping checkout system.
2) By calling us at 718-323-5582 or 877-323-5582 (M-F 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) and using  your credit card  or check/cashiers check/money order.

NSF Check: 
All NSF Check will be charge a $45.00 Bank Fee.

Checks and Money OrderOrders:
For all orders paid with Check Money Orders, your order will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to our account.

Prices:
Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error or price change on www.westindianshop.com you will be notify via email promptly before your order is processed.  Your email confirmation is required in order for westindianshop to proceed with your order.
 
The cost of delivery will be added to your order during the checkout process. You will see the total cost of your order before entering your credit card details.

Handling fee of $3.00 will be added to all order as part of the shipping and handling process.

Low Inventory Products:
This Product is a seasonal item, inventory is low or may not be available we
will notify you via email if we are out of stock.

If we are out of stock, your order(s) will be places on a waiting list for approximately
45 days from the date of the order. Upon receipt we will automatically send your order(s).

Important Notes about Low Inventory Products:
If we are out of stock and the 45-day period elapses, one or more event could occur:
1) You will be notified via email if and when we expect to receive stock.
2) You will be notified via email that your order has been cancelled as no stock is
   available or anticipated.



Please read the return policy before you make a purchase

1. Return Policy:

No returns or refunds on purchases unless due to the following:

    a. Shipping Damage
    b. Manufacturing Defect found before usage.

To benefit our customers, we will not charge any additional fee or shipping charge for the replacement product due to the above stated reasons.
See item 3 also.


Note: Contact us within 7 days after receiving the shipment to report any problems or defect in the product/service you purchased from us.

2. We cannot accept returns due to the following:
   
a. Damage after usage or
    b. Damage due to incorrect usage
    c. Open or breaking the seal of Pharmaceutical container or food package 

    c. Any other reason other than the above stated in 1.

3. Shipping and Handling Charges:
a.
For any refunds if applicable, shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless due to the reasons stated in item 1 or if the shipping was free during sale.
b. But shipping charges for product return from the customer to us for any reason will not be refunded. 

4. Returns of unused units/items:
If any unit/item is returnedunusedwith original packaging for reasons other than stated in #1 or #2 mentioned above, there will be 40% restocking fee and must be within 20 days of unit per items purchase.

5. Return of DVDs:
Any opened DVD cannot be returned, unless it has manufacturing or shipping    damage, and is returned within 15 days. In that case, we will not charge shipping for the second delivery,  but the shipping charge for the return cannot be refunded.

6. Shipping Policy:
Your order will usually ship if in stock within 7 days. If your order does not ship within 7 days, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay.

WestIndianShop.com ships only within the continental United States.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our NY warehouse.

You can choose between FedEx Ground Home Delivery or USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority as your shipping options.

FedEx Ground Home Delivery can take up to 7 to 10 business days to arrive after ship date.

USPS Parcel Post can take up to 10 business days to arrive after ship date (there is no tracking available for Parcel Post deliveries). USPS Priority can take up to 3 business days to arrive (there is no tracking available for Priority deliveries).


IMPORTANT:
FedEx does not ship to P.O. Box addresses. You must choose one of the USPS shipping options if you want your order delivered to a PO Box.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders:
All orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped via USPS. You can choose between USPS Parcel (can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery), or USPS Priority (usually arrives within 3 business days from ship date).

When shipping with FedEx, an order confirmation will be emailed to you with your FedEx tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress at www.fedex.com.
