Currently, we only ship within the United States only.



Q. Can I Order food products by bulk units?

Shelf life of the various products ranges from 6 months to 3 years, this enables our customers to take advantage of our specials and buy in volume. However you should periodically check to ensure that products are used before their expiration date.

Q . Can I place an order without a credit card?

Yes, Please contact customer service at 718-323-5582 or 877-323-5582 to place and get the total for your order plus shipping details.  We can ship orders on receipt of a cashier's check or money order. Please make check payable to West Indian Shop Inc. and mail to:

Personal checks orders will be delay 3 to 5 day before shipping.  When a personal check clears the bank, the order will be shipped.

Orders paid by personal check or money order will not be subjected to refund. You will receive store credit only.
