Irish Moss Beverage

• Wash thoroughly to remove sand before boiling.
• Over high heat, combine moss, water, salt, flax seed and boil uncovered for about 30 minutes.
• Remove from stove to cool.
• Add an extra cup of water if moss is too thick
• Strain liquid.
• Discard remaining moss mixture
• Set aside to cool mixture
• Blend mixture with remaining ingrediants, vanilla, condensed milk, nutmeg and molassess.
• Refrigerate and serve cool.
